This is an attempt to blog to help someone else who struggles daily with their mental health…or maybe a great place to help me when I’m down, if nothing else. I am a 33 year old mother of 7 (3 his, 3 mine, 1 ours) who has struggled with mental health for as long as my memory allows me to recall. I don’t like dx, they’ve never really nailed me down to 1 that fit anyways.
